The purpose of these terms and conditions is for the tennis lessons to be conducted as smoothly as possible and for everyone to have an enjoyable tennis experience.
1 Lesson Confirmation:
1.a . Lessons are confirmed on the basis that the requested commitment time slot and day is honored.
2 Cancelation policy:
2.a. The standard 48 hour notice before the scheduled class time is applicable to cancel or reschedule a lesson
2.b. If the private/semi private session was scheduled at public tennis courts, the court booking fee is applicable
Late Cancelation Fees
2.c Late cancelation notice Less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
* Free if another player takes the slot
2.d. Late Cancelation notice less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
2.e. There are no refunds for “No Shows” as slots are limited. However, group class participants may attend other group classes, depending on available slots, if a valid medical certificate is provided.
3.a. In case of rain during the lesson, the charge will be in proportion to the time completed, rounded to the nearest 1/2 hour.
(i.e rain hits at 34 mins in to the lesson, it’ll be a 30 mins charge. It starts to rain 47 mins in to the lesson, it’ll be a 60 mins charge.)
Please note the time will be based as per the coaches watch.
4. Availability of Courts
In public court: If the court is not available, we will advise you at least 5 days before the scheduled group or private class and try to arrange a make-up class at another time or in another facility, unless agreed otherwise.
In private residence: We will confirm your slot once you have confirmed that you have successfully booked your court. If you confirm the slot without checking your court availability, this will be at your own risk and cancellation conditions will apply. You are required to check your court availability before booking with us.
5) Accident
By booking a private class, a group session, a camp or by buying a gift voucher, you do hereby attest that your / your child’s / the beneficiary’s health condition do not show any counter-indication to the tennis activity. In case of accident, Capital Sports Pte. and other coaches and partners working in partnership with Capital Sports Pte cannot be held responsible and exposed to pursuits.
6. Right to Image
By booking a private class, a group session, a camp or by buying a gift voucher, you do hereby accept that some pictures or videos of yourself, your child or the beneficiary can be taken and utilised on social media and for advertisement. If you disagree with this condition you must inform us when registering or by sending us an email.
7) Loss of Belongings
Capital Sports Pte. and other coaches and partners working in partnership with Capital Sports Pte. cannot be held responsible for the loss of your/ your child’s/ the beneficiary’s belongings.
8) Non-Disclosure of Private Information
We do hereby attest that we will not disclose or share to third parties all your personal information.
